Deposit to secure date is non-refundable, remaining payment is due within 24hrs of delivery. An invoice with the remaining amount plus any travel fees will be sent to your email along with a information sheet with details on placenta storage, transport and dosage within 24hrs after the deposit is received.
Please note that pickup delivery areas outside a 30min travel time from Austinmer will incur an extra fee (covering both trips). A quote can be supplied upon request:
30-45min -$30
45-60min -$50
Travel times of longer than an hour each way may result in a longer turnaround, and may need to be negotiated while I still have little kids!
